Fisher’s Upland Game Bird Ranch is proud to announce the completion of a 5-station sporting clay range and covered pistol & rifle range.  The new facility puts your sporting clays and shooting range in one convenient location.

HUNT CONDITIONS: The rest of the ranch features 1287 of preserve acres.  There are 3 fresh-water irrigation ponds in the center property.  This abundance of fresh water allows the ranch to grow multiple types of cover (see the photo gallery).  Whether it’s lush green peas and oats, or waist-high planted rows of wheat and barley, we provide a great environment for your hunt.

TERRAIN: Central Oregon, and Fisher’s in particular, has the ideal terrain for every game bird hunter’s tastes.  Take your pick of rugged mountainous country, brush-covered hills, planted and managed farm terrain, or winding creek bottoms.  You’ll find the exact environment for your idea of the perfect hunt.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Overnight accommodations are available in the generously appointed 5-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,600 sq ft lodge.  The house is tastefully decorated and stocked with every conceivable amenity.  A full kitchen, dining area, wood stove, Traeger barbecue, pool table, blackjack table, and large entertainment center — complete with satellite, VCR/DVD and over 200 movies — ensure a comfortable and enjoyable lodging experience.  For those guests bringing dogs, there is an adjoining kennel.  No dogs are allowed in the lodge.  We also have RV sites available on a first-come, first-served basis.

LICENSING: Oregon residents need either a current hunting license and appropriate stamps or a preserve permit.  Out-of-state hunters can hunt with a non-resident license and stamps or a shooting preserve permit.  Preserve permits are available at all state licensing agencies and are also available at our preserve.

GUIDING: Guide services (including dogs) are available on a scheduled basis.  Guest dogs are always welcome, and on-site kennels are available.
